Thanks for the tip David, I've spoken to Vodaphone, they are as much use as chocolate teapot... I've done some digging and it's possible to download headers only with Outlook XP... but i have Outlook 2000, GPRS isn't a problem, but you get charged for down load, £1.00 per MB plus VAT...! so i...- Fance
