Would I still need my globals and nat statements?

Your tell me that all I have to do is:

and drop the statements above?

I'm having trouble finding the tool that allows me to see/search for a host IP address/MAC Addresses and tell me what switch and port it is plugged into. I thought it was in the User Tracking, but nothing is showing up. Can anyone help?
