    Got in touch with an Avaya rep. and because the user and appearances are homed on a different switch in our remote office they will not appear when the user is at our local site. We can add speed dials to the sidecar here but appearances will not work. thanks for the suggestions.

    I've swapped out sidecar and cables. It is not hardware. The only thing I thought of was that she hot-desks between two sites.

    Moving a phone with sidecar to another user. Phone works fine but sidecar looks like its not even getting power. All options in IP Office Manager are identical to old settings. Have swapped out sidecar, cables, phone but no joy. It's probably something basic. Please help. Thanks,
