Why is this extension ringing?
Problem fixed. I have checked and checked call coverage, but upon checking again, I found that flex button 1 was assigned; I did not even think to check buttons 1 - 12 being as they are to be assigned to specific extensions, button 1 DSS 101 etc... Thanks for your help, I fixed the problem...- EValP

Why is this extension ringing?
Yes, when I dial those extensions, 151-157, the auto attendant does answer and I DO have voicemail. By the way, I did not set this up, I am just trying to manage it now. At this point, when extension 100 rings with a call, if it is dialed directly from the auto attendant menus or transfered...- EValP

Why is this extension ringing?
I already checked that too. I found that if hunt group 450 is not listed, it rings directly, if it is, it is picked up by the auto attendant. I checked hunt group 450 and the stations assigned are 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 and 157. I have also check call coverage and that is not it. I...- EValP

ravn5, I understand...to a point. I am sorry, I am not very savvy with this system, can you explain further. How do I do it with Hyperterm or what flexible button to I press after I get to flash 40 programing to access this setting? Eric- EValP

Why is this extension ringing?
I had an employee leave and a new one hired. The old employees phone rang with extension 100 as well as a few others. The new employee does not require that and I cannot understand how to remove her phone from what ever lsit it is one. I have access to the system via Hyperterminal but cannot...- EValP
