    Thanks, went with Call Pilot 100. Another question customer has is if they go with getting a Music on hold player, does CICS play music on calls being transferred from AA to the ext. or only on hold? They don't want customers hearing the ring/ring while waiting for someone to answer if possible.

    I'm acquiring a Nortel CICS w/7.1 software for a small market. Does it have Auto Attendant incorporated in it, or do I need Flash?     I have a Norstar MICS that I changed some DN's around on in order go get some stations working after an 016 card failure. Replaced card, moved DN's back to original locations. Now station 286 wont go to voicemail when called on the intercom. It will however go to voicemail when called through...
