XP user accounts and antimalware
Does anyone know which antimalware programs don't immediately check all user accounts? According to http://spywarewarrior.com/viewtopic.php?t=5722 Spybot does, but on a friend's XP that had three accounts all with administrator privileges (changed that now) Spybot, MS Antispyware, Ad-Aware...- Espoo

deleted Windows folder
I'm trying to help a friend with a Windows 98 SE computer whose entire Windows directory and perhaps more has "disappeared".
