Thank you for your reply. I have verified dip switches each time I have switched them out. ON my host end, switch 3 is on and on my remote end, switches 2 and 3 are on with everything else off.

I do have an SL100. It was installed in 1987 and software release is MSL10BM. It hasn't been updated in a very long time... What Serial Number are you talking about and where would I get it from??Thank you for the response...

Is anyone aware of software licensing on just a regular old PBX like an SL100? I have never heard of anything like it on a PBX, but a guy that is doing a survey for pricing to go IP here on our site is adamant that there is software licensing on this old switch and he can get cost savings...

WHen I do the querypm flt, it just shows LCM unit 0 insv and LCM unit 1 insv. no fault shows up.

How do I define a break key using Netterm? When I log into my SL100, I send a break with Ctrl + pause/break... When I try that using Netterm logged into the Octel 350, I get invalid character. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an Line alarm, but when I go into LNSTRBL, if gives me no information other than I have a critical alarm in LCM 3-0. I have gone back through logutil but can't find any info. Where would I find the issue here? Thank you for any help you can provide...
