In OTM, before changing keys on a set that belongs to a group, we need to take it out of the group, change the key and add it to the group. I know that's the way the Meridian works but why can't OTM do this by itself as it has all the info available when properly configured ?

How come the IP Agent client (V4.0.1.18) does not report an error on screen when you do an ACD-login with a wrong password ?

One234, In the OTM2.1 installation manual (553-3001-230 page 32), RAS is listed as "required" for the server as well as the client. The same manual mentions that the setup program checks if RAS is installed.

Why does OTM need RAS-service to be present during setup ? We will connect to all of our PBX's using our LAN/WAN so for us there is no need for this RAS-service. In secure environments it is very hard to convince system engineers to install this service even if it is not used afterwards. Why...

When our users login to their pc (WinNT 4) and then login to IP Agent V4, their NT roaming profile is not saved when they logoff in NT. Next time they launch IP Agent all the settings are gone. Anyone who had the same experience ?

It seems the ITG card monitors the quality of the IP network before making a call. If quality is poor, it is possible to select an alternate route. How is the ITG card checking the QOS ?
