We had to login the the server with each of the user's id's and manually map the drives from with in, once we did that everythign worked fine.

We have had some problems upgrading from XP HOME to PRO. You will need to go out and purchase the upgrade to XP PRO.
But personally i would back up my data some where and reinstall with a clean version of XP PRO. Good luck

1. Do you really want to use the NT authentication? it will pull the permissions set up on your NT or 2000 server.
