Outlook Toolbar Importance Button Grayed Out
The Importance (both the high and low importance) buttons are grayed out when I open a new message in Outlook. The only way to get them turned on is to reset the toolbar but I have to do this every message. My Helpdesk folks say just reset about 6 times and it will stay on. They say it is a...- ericruggles
