Sub-totals of ranked column do not work
I have a column with amount paid ranked and the sub-total box checked. When I bring in a measure variable to another column in my crosstab, I lose the sub-totals calculation (only the grand total of all shows in Sum & Sum All rows, while the Sum Other row=0).
