Hi
I bought a new laptop (hp pavilion 15 ac008na notebook) a couple of days ago, and there is just one site that it will not let me access (all other sites are more or less fine).
As the site in question (Moonfruit) is the one I use for my blog, the main reason I purchased the laptop, this is...
Just tried to find it but can only get it on my Hotmail Page.
If you want to try and find it then the text of the ad reads:
"Mum is 57 but looks 27!"
Cue a picture of what actually looks like a 77 year old woman peeling off her older skin to reveal the young skin underneath. The peel on the...
@DRbob
Thanks I will try this and other suggestions.
This is the first ad I have ever taken offence at in 15 years on Hotmail.
I am not an eccentric, honestly. This is an inappropriate ad, compounded by the fact it pops up every time I do anything in Hotmail.
@Goombawahoo
Possibly they...
@goombawaho
Again, I have no problem whatsoever with ads in general.
I am talking about this particular ad with revolting content that keeps popping up every single time I open an e-mail.
I really wish I could provide a link to it without linking to my inbox.
All,thanks very much for the...
Thanks.
Its just this one particular ad. I don't mind the ads in general.
And Goombawaho it is inappropriate. I don't want to see that every time I open a message and its not the sort of thing MSN should be inflicting on their customers. It really looks horrible.
Would I have to pay for...
Does anyone working at MSN read these forums because I am trying to point out a disgusting banner ad that keeps being forced on me everytime I open my hotmail.
Its for a wrinkle reduction system and portrays an old woman peeling the skin off her face.
Who the hell signed that one off? I have...
Hi
Left my job on Friday and was sorting out my contacts on my PC/blackberry just before I left.
There were a few contacts in there with sort of nonsense names and a number not formatted like a phone number eg. 24690150.
To give examples of the names there was one called Ice Cream and another...
Thanks, i will give that a try.
Any ideas, anyone, on the sorting problem? I really would like to get to the bottom of it. It doesn't seem to make any sense.
Thanks - the main problem isn't the slow search function - its the fact that the bar sometimes jumps to the top of the page when I sort by sender or subject, rather than staying on the e-mail I sorted from.
Hope you can help me with a little problem that has been driving me mad.
I generally find the best way to bring up all the e-mails from one person is to click on a recent e -mail from them and then hit the "From" bar to sort by sender. This should bring together on the screen all the e-mails...
Zameer:
Thanks for the reply. I have now removed the primary key designation from the child tables so that the relationship is now One to Many.
The trouble now is that I cannot make any changes at all to the database. Nothing happens when I type stuff in and it will not let me create a new...
The form is based directly on the tables without using queries.
There are 4 tables from which the form is drawn, linked by their autonumber in the relationhip box. The main table contains basic information such as office address and telephone number. Then there are 3 subsidiary tables adding...
