I have a machine with 2003 Enterprise Edition, I go into Computer Management -> Local Users And Groups -> Groups and on the right pane I see Remote Desktop Users. OPen that group and add your account in there. Once I did that, people were able to log on. Hope that helps you out
It is saying you do not have access to logon. If you go into Right Mouse click on My Computer->Manage than go into users and groups and choose groups and on the right side of list you will see Remote Users. Add your account in that group and your problem will be fixed.
