I need leading 0s, but visio takes them out.

IN case anyone checks here, I found that even though the numbers in excel were defined as "text", visio imports them as Number. You have to deine the custom property of each field you want to be text as string, even if it WAS text in excel.

Hello, When I imported some information from excel it changed the format of one of my fields to "number". I want it to be string so it wont truncate 0s. I am building an org chart. It seems I can only change the definition of each custom property on each shape individually!! This will take...

One more Error: All my position numbers which are 6 digits long only show up as 5 digits when I build using the wizard. If I add choose a record manually the position number shows as the full 6. Why is it removing the last digit when I build using the wizard?

Hello, I am working in a database where the user insists on having a drop down menu for our ORG numbers and an text box for the date. I have created a form that allows the user to choose from a drop down menu an ORG number and allows them to input a date. I would like to bring up the report...

    Excel Suppress Columns

UPDATE: The most important column is the last column. She would like to make all the other columns disappear except the last date column. This wouldn't be bad if it was a static # of columns, but if she makes a new date column every 2 weeks how do I suppress all the columns except the last one?
