    Just a heads up - we are testing Avaya 9504 and 9508 phones connected to the UCX through our DSM16p product. Now you have an Optional migration path for your Avaya Customers. Same ease of administration and simple licensing that you expect from and get with the UCx product line.

    Alan, As the Ucxguy alluded to, make sure you have the ports forwarded. I duplicated this in the lab by removing the port forward rules for 10000-13999
