Of course I already used the Search tool and read both of those posts before asking the original question, but never mind I figured out another way to find the DLL that I was looking for. Not sure if I want to share the answer with the slightly rude JRB-Bldr.

Actually I am not sure if it is 3rd party software. I thought it came from Microsoft, but it was too long ago to remember. I do remember that I got new files when I upgraded from VFP6 to VFP8. There are 3 files LABELS.DBF, LABELS.FPT and LABELS.REG. They must be registered with this RUN...

Olaf, That does affect some of the report functions but does not work to fix my problem. I still get the message "No Label Layouts Fould" But if I open VFP8 and type the same command it opens the screen to select the Avery formats??
