Resolved. At some point in the past, the back end had had KB924334 installed, but the folder associated with that \exchweb\6.5.7651.60 was missing. Copied the folder from a working 2003 front end server and it resolved the issue

Hi, We currently have a locked down environment. However, a user has recently discovered that they can plug a USB pen drive in, and it is accessible. Does anyone know of a way to prevent USB Pen drives from working for certain users, without disabling other USB devices? TIA MJ
