HiPath only works with stun in a SIP Provider configuration. For SIP phones, can´t use a stun server... Thanks!- elperkins

Sorry, correct: The "c" and the "-" are field separators. If your dial digits is 01CZ, system detect 01 as code and Z as your dial, so "A" dial your "Z", otherwise....... Sorry,- elperkins

If your dial digits is 01CZ, system detect 01 as code and Z as your dial, so E1 (echo 1) dial your "Z", otherwise if you need dial 01 and "Z" you can use E1E2A, where E1 will send 1st field (01) and E2 will send "Z", you problem is with 01CZ, the system...- elperkins

Hi, can you paste here you "dial digits" field? Try with 01CXXXX and the dial rule D11E2AD#. If you don`t need hear dial tone, try 01XXXX.- elperkins

Caller ID on Hipath 3000
Hi, in "extension view" module, put a check mark on "Analog station with CLIP" for your extension. In H3550 V5 or higher, only analog station in CBCC (motherboard)have caller ID. If you have V8 system, you need SLAD card for caller ID in all analog stations.- elperkins

I know that setting up a VPN connection is the best option, but not for my customer, as he has IP phones (SIP) around the world, wich are mobile, moving from one place to another. Is there any possibility of having audio in both ways without setting a VPN connection...- elperkins

You are welcome! Yes, in V6 ONLY 2 B-channels are available. V8 2 basic B-channel, for aditional 6 free B-channel, you have to ask your seller for them. You can upgrade your V6 system to V8 FREE (V5 or higher can be upgrade to V8), only upgrading your MMC. You will upgrade your HG1500 V6 to V8...- elperkins

Hi, you need license for B-channel and comscendo licenses for workpoints. In V8, you have 8 b-channel as basic license, but dont have basic license for clients, you will buy licenses. If your system is V7 or lower, you have only 2 b-channel.- elperkins
