I think some photos are an excellent idea. I swapped out my some of my broken parts and was able to get a print. No color (only black) appeared in the print so I am still working on my St. Bernard.

We are getting some replacement parts from the guy who sold us the printer. It was shipped to us and arrived damaged so instead of returning it to him, he is going to send us some parts to swap out (we must return the broken parts to him).

Regarding the 2nd bias transfer roller-Error 24, I have narrowed it down to the "Second Bias Transfer Roller Assembly" or the "Transfer Roller Cam Solenoid". Can anyone help me with this?
