    Hi Tony, I too am in the NHS, sadly decommissioning isdx after many years. If you type: LDTT 8 A You should list the last 4 or 6 digits of the DDI and the extension it's translated too. Stuart

    I'm not used to working with the HiCom breed, however I have a challenge! In the world of the HiPath/Realitis, the system parameter SPEID would set the exchange ID, and this would prefix the extension number across the DPNSS network with the exchange ID. Is there a similar setting on the HiCom 300?

    We are just about to get procenter. Atarted a bit of training and it looks pretty good. It interacts with the DX rather that handles the calls itself.
