    You're right, it doesn't directly accept an image file for a signature, but here's a workaround. In OPTIONS > SIGNATURES, choose FILE, click on an HTML file. In the HTML file you can embed the URL of the banner you want to be displayed in each eMail. Ofcourse the banner will have to be uploaded...

    Hardware Driver's when installing NEW WinXP

    I had a better eXPerience with XP. :) Almost all of the hardware (Except the Motorola 56k modem) were recognized properly. I had to settle with using Windows 2000/98 drivers for my modem and it worked easily. Perhaps you should try using those older drivers. Use the 'continue installation'...

    Hmm... have you got Norton Internet Security 2001/2002 installed? The same problem occurred with me with NIS installed. It simply went away after uninstalling/installing NIS 2003. Perhaps it's some other software which is taking so long to shutdown? Hope that helps.
