The post dial method didn't work for me, I am using the Server Queue --> Alarm method above. I will upgrade the software and see if I can get the post dial method working.

Another issue. Our message is playing over our PA system at the times programmed, but it is playing in a loop. Is there any way to have the message play only once per alarm?

This is working very well for us over our analog paging system. I haven't been able to get it to work over our digital handsets. The handsets ring, but we want the message to be played automatically with the speaker. Does anyone know of a way to make that work? Thanks.
Yeah, tried that, too. Right clicking doesn't do anything. I right clicked to create my other SC and Modules, so I'm aware of that function. It just doesn't work for Server Queues.
By clicking on Alarms under Server Queues, I guess that I'm supposed to see the next scheduled action. It is blank, so I suppose I didn't configure my Alarm Set properly. You can see how I configured it in the last two screenshots above.

Here is my Post Dial action. It is the same configuration I used for a SC action to play a wav file over our PA system. That is working. My attempt at automating it with an Alarm Set is not. Thanks again.
