    what version of aol is she using? ask her to sign on to AOL.while signed on click on start ->run->type command->hit ok. on the DOS prompt type in ping yahoo.com -> hit enter. what response do u get? let us know. AOL Tech

    just a suggestion On my acrobat 5.0 when i go to edit->preferences->options...there is an option "display pdf in browser"....try disabling it. u could go to the same screen by Ctrl + K. try it and let us know :) AOL Tech
