ARCserve 2000 shows Dismounted tapes
I did fresh installation of Windows 2000 w/ SP3, then ARCserve 2000 SP4 with Tape Library option. Everything went through smoothly (I frequently checked event viewer). Unreadable or dismounted Tapes/ Help
I have the same problem. I tried to completely uninstall ARCserve 2000 and its SP4, reinstall it with SP3. It still does not work.
