Looking for an Effect
I have a client who shot some nice night footage and wishes to add an open shutter effect so that there are "trails" off of the light sources as the camera moves... Any suggestions? Thanks, 66- editor66

Importing layer masks from Illustrator
Thank you Ko, works like a charm. Question... the mask from the path lacks "anti-aliasing" meaning that the edges are not smooth. How can I smooth the mask without feathering? I am working in 72dpi for DV... Do I need to start at a higher resolution? Your help is greatly appreciated- editor66

Importing layer masks from Illustrator
I am having no luck importing paths as a mask from Illustrator 10 to After Effects 5.5... I should be able to copy and paste but AE just isn't getting anything on the clipboard. Are the versions of my software incompatible? Thanks in advance for any info regards, editor66- editor66
