Have you tried to run nlnotes.exe from the server? You can access and manage the server doc from there.

You can do it in Notes 6. Notes & Domino 6 will be out in August but you can try the Pre-release of Notes 6. It's available for download at www.notes.net In R5 you have to write your own code to achieve the same.
