    Hi, It was second hand but the PRI functionality is enabled otherwise DASS2 (other ISDN/30 or PRI variant) would not be enabled. According to the docs that came with the system the PRI keycode has been entered. The previous owner was using it was a DASS2 PRI for about 12 months. Regards Eden

    I think it must be enabled because the MICS will accept a DASS2 based PRI but not Q931. Regards Eden

    Hi Kris, I have Micro-MERL, it is missing from there. I have no database backup so cannot restore from a previous database. Ideally I'd like to just wipe everything and start from scratch. Is that possible? Thanks again Eden

    Hi Kris, I have a similar problem, but my issue is that the CPU card does not have a PCMCIA interface on it. I assume this is an older card. Is there a way to 'reflash' this card? Regards Eden

    Hi, I have just got a MICS, and have been trying to work out whether a MICS with PRI card supports Q931. Using a handset I have checked the configuration options for the card and it states DASS2, BRI or Link. Do I need an additional code to activate Q931? Regards Eden
