Hi mrjedi, We use IP agent, but with hardphones(no quality problems). But have u checked that the swiches the PC's are patched on are using the QOS recommanded for the use of IP-calling? If the QOS is not configured right, the packets won't get priority ;-) Ciao Ecky

I had a tool checking all ports and apparently it's true that port 23 is closed. There is noting else to do than use IE :( Thanx to all 4 u'r help ;)

Maybe you can use the groupbox function and create distributionlists and forward all messages to all your clients mailboxes.
