Are those commands to add the KBA to the phone? I have the KBA already added on the phone. There's nothing programmed on the keys. I want to program the keys with extensions (i.e. 123, 124, 125, etc...) so it'll be easy for the people at the front desk to transfer calls.

John, how do I tell which port I'm connected to? The 11C is connected to a switch box which allows me to toggle between the regular terminal and the computer. Can you tell me what commands to enter to find out what port I'm connected to? Thanks, Ed
