We have a NEC SL2100 v2.0 system with SIP trunks. We recently converted our POTS lines and for a short time the Dial Action Tables worked then stopped. Are there any settings that are needed with SIP trunks or is this a carrier issue. Any assistance will be appreciated.
UPDATE! The calls are not dropping as I earlier stated, we are losing the audio from the far end. In other words the far end can hear us but we cannot hear them after 25 minutes.
