Phoneguy - Thank you. I had to take the lines off the phones because the AA would not send the calls to the Answer DN if the line appeared on the phones. I reconfigured all the phones involved to use the Answer DN for incoming and Pool dial access for out going. Earl

Try a different VT emulation - Like VT220 or Vt320. Also if you can only do VT100, look up the command that F5 does on a VT220 and progam that into the F5 key for VT100. Save this as a different profile/template like VT101.
