You can check extension status from the operators console - dial the op assist code plus the extn number from the console and the display will show any features invoked by the user.
MEX (move extension number) will only transpose the extn number, it will not move TAC & COS or anything else that may be assigned eg text, forwarding etc

I would say that your Media Card needs to be reformatted. If you can DIR 1.0 I think you will see some extremely large (hence corrupted) files and the only way around this is to reformat, you can not delete these files.
