Greetings,
I am using InDesign in a print envirnment. I need some kind of job tracking software. Something where I can
enter Job naeme, Customer name, Date In, Description, design specs, paper type, quantity, due date, etc.
I am not looking for time management or time tracking, but rather just...
Converted text - changed to outlines - should not be editable as text after converting. I don't know what program you were using to come back and edit the text after conversion. The basic principle is that once converted, it stays that way, unless you are in the same program and have not gotten...
I am creating a PDF from InDesign CS2. I have four 8.5 x 11 pages. Whether I create a PDF of 1 page or all 4, all data on the page is offset by 1/4 inch or so.

Any Advice?
Thanks,
David

David

>> I go to New > Document, make sure that facing pages is ticked and specify four pages. I click OK and InDesign...
The first response is good. I echo the ability to swap between Draw 10 and Illustrator 8. However, if they are using Draw9 or below, they may have problems. I have always had problems with Illustrtor files, both exporting and importing in all versions before Draw10. If they don't have 10, you...
