Integration of 3rd party asset info with Service Desk
I am trying to import data into Service Desk. I am importing data such as IP address, Mac Address, System Name, and indexing with existing contacts based off of the Network_Resource table. I seem to be having the data populate the table ok HOWEVER the data is not turning up in the user...- dwgouty
