I need to start one of our servers allways with the outlook open with an account different from the one that starts session in the server (it is the administrator), and when the outlook starts it asks for the password of the account is trying...
Some days ago our server "die", with all of our Exchange and Active Directory structure. Then we have decided to switch to a double SERVER (windows server 2003) structure, one the Main Domain controller which is:

Hello,
I have an account for sending e-mails through our commercial software for notifications about delivery dates of our products, etc... but I don't want that anybody sends mails to this account because is a non controlled mailbox, so my question is:
How I can avoid the reception of e-mails...
I have installed GFI mail essentials, but the problem I see is that if I block the sender (allways System Administrator), maybe when I have a really good NDR I will not be noticed about it...
I have 20 users on my network, and also about 10 other people from outside my office with e-mails from my domain. Can I let them relay only authentificating with user and password, maintaining the relay prohibited to other non authentificated users.
Also this 10 users are defined in active...
I'm receiving fake NDR messages from addresses where I do not sent anything. I have read from Internet that this is a new spam method, that consists in sending fake NDR and the system get them without problem.

I have just bought (two weeks ago) Panda antivirus for exchange, but this mails enter to my server (from where??).

Also I have installed a demo of GFI Mail...
Hello again Marcs41, and thank you again for your help...

My question is: which is the difference between premium and basic (well I see the differences, but I want to know if with exchange, came both of them).
Thank...
Some days ago, I have start to receive mails coming from non-existing mail adresses from my own domain (e.g.: admin@mydomain.com), and they seem to came with a file attached with virus.
What can I do (in Exchange 2000) to automatically delete these mails before arriving to my mailbox?
Thanks.
I would like to know if there is any option to use OWA and after reading a message I'm able to mark as unread. I think it's a useful method, because sometimes you use OWA for example from home, and when you return to the office you need to reply a read message, and sometimes you forget...
Thank...
