    another thing to try, is add a reservation for the client on your DHCP and put in their MAC addy.

    maybe try unistalling all of the network software on the client. i have found that if you reintall the redirector on a machine it will sometimes resolve those "weird" issues. i am assuming that all of the settings at the client have been checked and checked again. keep us updated on...
