    If you had Administrator rights , at Domain Server ,open user manager (usrmgr.exe at WinNT, Active Directory users and Computers at WIN2003) , find your account , choose properties, and somewhere there you must find button "Log on to". There you must 1/write every computer you want to be logged...

    Problem is that your Administrator had allow you (in your profile at server) just login at your own computer, not to this another you trying to.
