The Nortel site requires a login and password to even get to the proper site, then have a service contract to get the software download. Is there any other sites that might have the software or even the Memory Flash software?

hello all, is there some trick to getting outcalling to work on a definity bcs? i have setup a mailbox to outcall, but when a message arrives - nothing happens. i checked the settings within message manager and it is set to outcall on all messages. any ideas?? thanks, -chuck

hello all, i have a user that would like his extension to cover to another extension when he is on the phone - if the person at the other extension is not around, the call needs to go back to voicemail at the first ext...so far, i'm lost. any ideas? basically, when ext 9 is on the phone (not...
