TNB Parsing
This problem was driving me nuts also. I am now using the TN parsing utility found on www.ghtrout.com called Conversion Utility. Also, the kicker is you have to make a folder on your C drive called temp. That is where the TNB will be parsed. I am now a happy camper again. Good luck!- dualcarbs

Program the set for hotline external and the external number will be feature 78 (pause). Remember though that you won't have access to the intercom (from the polycom station)for internal dialing.
