I am having a problem with the Skype for business add on. After it is installed I have the bar at the bottom of my SFB main window.
However, when I click on a contact the black bar is not showing at the bottom of the conversation window......
Anyone have the same problem ?

When you say SFB, do you mean SFB for Office 365 ?
Are you saying you got it working with R9.1 ?
Had a problem with 5 phones where they were updated with bad flash and now they all have the same address.
The correct MAC is on the label on the phone, is there a way of programming the correct MAC back onto the phones without having to send them back ?
It would seem its a simple enough change...
do you have an install document ? I have tried to install it on my laptop which is running win 10 and also using SFB on Office 365 and I get an error "The Avaya Microsoft Lync 2013 Integration software can only be installed if Lync Client x64 bit is installed
worked out the problems. 2 errors by me. Error 1 - I had specified the RTP traffic as TCP instead of UDP. Error 2 - I had changed the Remote Call Signalling Port, so I changed that back.
All is working now internally and externally.
i do. it all works if I use the default ports. but when I change the ports on the IPO to non default ports it stops working and when I run a packet trace on the firewall I can see the mobile app still trying to connect on the default port.
So, I suppose the question is, how is the mobile app...
