Have a customer who had their system upgraded from 1.1 to 3.0. Now they say that it use to ring 4 times at the front and then ring 2 times on the aux ringer before the AA answers the call. Cant remember how to set this up. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

Can you change the directory from last name to first name on the first release of call pilot. I know that you press 4 on release 2 and up. Thanks KDB

My Guys have told me that any card 4.1 or higher can be erased and reused as 7.0 or higher

OK tried to forward the reception set to a hunt group. The sets have the lines appear only and the hunt group is set to ring and appear on the sets when I call fwd to the hunt group they just flash on the sets. What am I missing? S/W 7.0 on a MICS.

Is the Nam 4.0 or 4.1?

When you are using the langauge utility are you putting the disk in as you do the swap?

An SMDR is a "system message detail recorder" when you hook it up to a port off your system and you connect it to a PC running Hyperterminal you can capture the info out of the system and interpret the data to see who is making calls. KDB

True but the clicking only happens when the call is made, not when ringing or dialing when the call party picks up I get clicking. KDB
