Restrict Incoming Calls
We would like to restrict a few individual numbers from dialing into our S8700. I see many ways to restrict outgoing calls but can't find anything on incoming. Any ideas? Would this happen at a trunk level?- dtmc

Extension forwarding
Did you remove the voicemail box or just modify it? The name recording is a hidden feature, option 5 (record name) and 5 again (re-record name).- dtmc

Hardware Manager
I noticed that some of the boards listed in our Hardware Manager (Under Fault and Permformance) have a little red X going thru the the green board symbol. What does this indicate? It seems to only happen on a few of our DS1, Digit and Analog boards. We have an S8700 3.1.2. Thanks!- dtmc
