I have been trying to solve a similar problem with my NEAX 2000 IPs system. We forward calls to a cell phone, but the original Caller ID information does not get transferred. Is this something that is possible? My sales Rep said it was the cell phone provider, which is obviously incorrect.
When forwarding to your cell phone, is it possible to retain the original caller's Caller ID information? Currently ours only reflects that the call is now being originated by our system.
