    T1 to PRI

ROF 1375387 /3 is a T-1 card........you need a /1 (ROF1375387/1) for PRI. Also, be aware that BC8 was a bad release for PRI -- 1st model year so to speak -- at least the first couple of US installs of BC8 were disasters. There may a be few patches, but I believe the majority of PRI faults w/BC8...

    T1 to PRI

If you're in the US, you need a TLU-77/1 for PRI. Good luck, Dave Strang

    DID in BC7

Yes, but only for analog or T-1. Good luck, Dave Strang

    GJLSP

What do you get if you send GJLSP:PRINT=FAULTY; ? or GJLSP:GSMULT=0-12; ? Try this: Clear your faulty signals (HIREI;) and then send the GJBLI command. Once you get "NO ANSWER FORM GAR", send HIMDP and see if any signals are generated (if any) for LIM 1 and LIM 6 that might relate to the...

    GJUL4 to GJUG5 connection - CAT5e

Works like a charm, provided you have your connectors pinned out correctly. Good luck, Dave Strang

GS connections using RAD IP Mux

If you have your QoS and traffic prioritization set up correctly on the routers at each end, the RAD units work pretty well. The RAD traffic has to have the highest priority vs everything else on that path. You also have to tune the circuit a little with respect to the jitter buffer and TDM...

    REMOTE LIM NOK

If the transmission path is verified to be OK, you may have to restart LIM-1. Poke it once....I've seen the LIM de-isolation routine get hung up if the PCM link drops several times in rapid succession. Good luck, Dave Strang

    PWM Battery

If your batteries are 12 years old - replace them! The fact that they held up during a recent power outage is nothing short of a miracle. If you don't have a good way to load test batteries without the possibility of causing an outage, you can measure ac ripple across each battery. Set your...

    CCM SERVER REFRESH RATE PROBLEM

I'd also suggest trying different reports and comparing call totals or extending the time range for the reports you're running now- if you want stats for 8a-5p, then use 7a-6p for the report. Calls that happen to bridge the time values will skew the stats a bit depending on the report you're...

    Setting up ACD

    E1 connection through coax

If everything was working fine before you changed the cabling, then you have an issue with the new cable. Good luck, Dave Strang

    Outstanding!

    gsm error and dump problem

If you only have one GSM, your choices are somewhat simplified. You will need to power off the GSM to change the GCU2....your system will be down hard while you perform that task. DON'T manually block anything, just turn off the power (if you had multiple GSM's this would not be the case). Your...

    gsm error and dump problem

DO NOT power cycle your group switch.....it won't fix the problem you have and will create a great deal of other problems not related to your original problem. For which GSM is the code 88? I assume the error code 65 is for LIM 4......and that the PCM link in LIM 4 for which synchronization is...

    Problem with RADNP

I dunno.......I guess you'll have to put on your detective hat. Do you know the DIR of the other VSU's? & if so are you lucky enough that those DIR's are in a consecutive number range? What do you get for the BPOS if you send SYEDP:LIM=X; for the LIM in which this VSU is installed? Are you...
