IAD2431-1E1T1 PRI w/ NAME Info
Our Telco vendor provides a Cisco IAD2431-1E1T1 Router to create the PRI into our PBX which uses an NMS AG-4040 T-1 card. We're both on NI-2 spec. I receive the ANI fine but can't receive the NAME info. I received it fine from a Qwest TDM ISDN PRI but not from the IAD2431. Any suggestions?
