I have an ASP website with Microsoft Access database as the back end. All the usernames / passwords are stored in a table. I would like to find out what are my options of securing the Access database so that no one can hack into it and modify usernames/passwords.

I am running a daily back of the exchange server using windows backup utility. However, the logs are piling up and now the server hard drive is completely full. Can any kindly give me some tips on running a successfull backup so the logs are cleaned on a daily basis.

The VPN we use is Watchguard Soho. I've confirmed we have the latest updates for this as well. Users at the actual remote server are able to send emails with PDF attachments upto 5megs. It's just our office who is having the issue since the last couple of weeks. Thanks for your input.
