The hicom can connect to a 3rd party voicemail using the evms field in the scsu record. You flag evms = y. This sends inband DNIS or called party number. It does send inband ANI. You can get a phonemail cheap and it integrates easily.

The 4000 has something similar. It can pass inband DTMF in T1-OPS and analog for external devices such as Voicemail, IVR, Fax Server, etc.

It transmits the - add-persi:stn,22459,,,,,,,,,,123456;^M each time. So, if I put 123456, 123457, 123458, end in the spreadsheet in column 1, the script transmits - add-persi:stn,22459,,,,,,,,,,123456;^M 3 times and ends. It doesn't step down the numbers.
