You'll probably need a MCS Server to fully enable it, however I'm sure it's possible to write your own into Outlook if you've got the time. On the phone side, you'll need AST's & IAPG enabled.

Thanks, that did the trick! If I just had a SPN of 00 it didn't work for some reason however as soon as I created 10 new SPNS (000 to 009) using the same RLI it worked without a problem.

But is there any technical difference to it? We're dialling 0 (Outside line) + 00 + Country Code + Number However if I use the Route access code directly I can connect perfectly, so it's not the number I'm dialing, it's the Digital Manipulation or the AC1 which is causing the problem? Thanks

We're in Sunny South Africa. :) What difference will this make to the dialing? Found that if I change my DMI CTYP to be INTL I get through to international exchange, even though my DCH trace still shows I'm only dialling out "00" Could this be some patching issue?
