Yes from internal I can connect to the server either by name or IP.

I don't appear to be on any blacklist. My DNS servers show up on that website. I have tried using the IP to test the connection. It times out just as using the domain name.

I stopped all Exchange related services to see if that was causing the connection issues, but still not able to connect to the server. What else could be causing all the sites to timeout?

My bad, I can telnet it on port 25 and port 80. So it appears the connection is fine.

I removed the server from the router and plugged straight into my broadband connection. No change in results. Ports are not blocked by ISP.

Yea I think the included D-Link driver is flawed. I switched out the NIC for an SMC NIC and loaded the drivers from a floppy. That seemed to solve the problem and I was able to get into the GUI Netware Installation part. Thanks for the help!
