I've got OTM 2.1 Enhanced running on a PIII 866MHz with 384MB memory and it works just fine. It's a bit slow when messing with the Call Accounting software, but other that we have no issues.

Yes it did. I turned off our test Web Client Server and the problem went away. Apparently you can't run both the fat client and the web client in tandem if you have scheduled reports running on the fat client.
If there's a wireless to fiber converter and vice-versa on the market somewhere then I suppose it's possible. We've always just had a fiber line laid between sites by the local telco vendor.

mluckie1 is not wrong. Read the documentation for MAT and OTM. MAT does not (fully) support Succession. If you set the system type in MAT to a 25.40 system, some functions will work. You're best bet is to upgrade to the latest version of OTM.
My company is looking into trying this as well. Can you point me to the Nortel Docs that go through the ACD and Agent changes needed? My company isn't very good about keeping manuals around, and I can't find it in the few PDFs I've managed to find online.

As far as I know, there is no way to do that automattically. I've asked this question before and got no luck. The only thing you can do is either de/re-acquire the TN in Symposium or de/re-enable the TN in the switch to force the phone to logout.
